My Story

I'm Ari - an AuDHD coach, educator, advocate, and parent of three neurodivergent kids with over 25 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families. Before I had language for being neurodivergent myself, I was already designing programs and leading communities that centered sensory needs, belonging, and authenticity. My background spans nonprofit leadership, education, and mentorship across diverse communities — work focused on accessibility, connection, and long-term growth. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. No judgment. No boxes. Just kindness, clarity, and adaptive strategies built from years of training and real-world practice — empowering people to cultivate more calm, create affirming systems and routines, and build steadier rhythms that support a more joyful way of being.

1:1 Neurodivergent Coaching

For neurodivergent adults or parents of ND kids, coaching focuses on practical strategies to navigate everyday life - routines, energy management, executive function, and regulation. Together, we explore what actually works for your brain and body, so you can reduce overwhelm, increase joy, and live more fully.Through our work, you’ll build routines and environments that support functionality, well-being, and personal growth - so life feels less like something to manage and more like something you want to be in.This isn’t about forcing yourself into someone else’s box - it’s about crafting authentic rhythms that help you feel grounded, capable, and connected in your everyday life.Service Options
